Quality Control Analyst

CosmaxNBT is seeking a motivated and ambitious Quality Control Analyst for our Quality department on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract!ABOUT THE ROLECosmaxNBT Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented QC Analyst to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. As an FTE fixed term role, the QC analyst is responsible for ensuring that all Raw Material (RM), packaging components, bulk, finished product and services meet the regulatory requirements. The new position will also be supporting our New Product Launch projects.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGUnderstanding new product launch end to end.Create & revise test methods.Create & revise SOP and work instruction.Responsible for testing and disposition of raw material, in-process and finished product testing using different chemical and analytical procedures and guidelines.Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating laboratory instruments.Create and revise method validation/transfer protocol and reports to launch new product and improvise QC test performance.To develop and optimize the test method as part of new product launch or method improvisation.Review test reports and confirm the data integrity for test records.Report the testing results, deviation, and OOS (Out of Specification) to Manager, investigate the root cause and prepare the CAPA plans.Implement and maintain the 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) program including housekeeping for QC facilities.Create and review instrument calibration work instruction.Perform preventative maintenance and calibration as per the work instruction.Following cGMP and GLP strictly.
