Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Quality Control (QC) Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing and mounting processes are conducted in full compliance with established standards, procedures, and client specifications. You will exercise authority to identify, report, and resolve quality-related issues, thereby safeguarding product integrity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.This position operates on a rotational shift schedule, comprising five consecutive day shifts (06:00–18:30) followed by a scheduled rest period, and subsequently five consecutive night shifts (18:00–06:30). Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor production and ensure compliance.Register deviations in the Quality Management System (QMS).Review production documentation and perform lab tests.Notify clients of issues and support client inspectors.Contribute to quality assurance improvementsQualifications & SkillsEssential At least 3 years’ experience in a similar QC role (preferred).Strong English and Danish skills (written and spoken).Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).DesiredKnowledge of ERP systems and global standards (DNV, Lloyds Register).NDT certifications (VT, DPI, MPI).Soft Skills Problem Solving & Decision Making: Tackles challenges effectively and exercises sound judgment, even under pressure.
