Quality Control Coordinator (Printing & Packaging Industry)

Integras is a growing printing and packaging company looking for a hands-on and analytical Quality Control Officer / Coordinator to work together with our Production and QC heads in building our team in finishing, sorting, and packing lines.You will be responsible for developing daily workers, improving process consistency, and ensuring every product leaving our facility meets customer and company quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and coach daily workers in sorting and packing processes.Plan daily QC activities, monitor targets, and ensure productivity and accuracy goals are achieved.Supervise inspection and sorting of finished goods to maintain consistent quality.Conduct QC analysis, identify root causes of defects, and recommend improvement actions.Conduct QC documentation, reports, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with production and PPIC teams.Drive continuous improvement and promote a quality mindset across operations.QualificationsMinimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in printing, packaging, FMCG, or light manufacturing.Strong leadership in managing blue-collar / daily workers.Good analytical and documentation skills.Hands-on, organized, and able to work closely with production teams.Why Join UsAt Integras, we believe quality is not just inspection it’s a culture.
