Quality Control Engineers

1. To review work procedures of Assembly, Manufacturing2. Assit to prepare the SOPs , MOM's ,MOU's and Quality Improvement/Kaizen Reports for quality department.3. Design, standardize, and optimize end-to-end business processes4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)5. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; drive corrective actions6. Make sure the implementation of easy mixing parts is being followed as per MoU7. To prepare monthly/quarterly and annual performance report of QA8.To keep and maintain the record of HR policies and department related files.9.To prepare & follow up of assigned tasks and operational activities of QA departments.10.To control line stoppage issues through making timely decision11. To develop the criteria for evaluation of new product & trial production w.r.t. quality standards & ensure mass production12.To prepare KPI reports and online posting of QA department.13.To prepare and follow up for all ''GEMS '' related vouchers.14.Ensure the implementation of QMS on process through process audit.15.Formulate annual objectives and Internal Audit Schedule on monthly/quarterly basis and compile report after execution of the Internal Audit.16. Analyze customer feedbacks and complaints and improvement of product17. Develop Annual Quality Assurance Program / Plan to assure the quality of tests performed in the lab.18. To control product/part change management & develop product log book19. To control process rework/rejection/production losses KPIs20.To perform any other duty as assigned by the Quality Manager/Technical Manager.Education: BSc. Mechanical / ElectricalExperience: 2 to 5 Years
