Bliss Travel, a boutique luxury travel agency based in Greece, is looking for a talented Quality Control & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. Location: AthensType: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a Quality Control & Guest Experience Coordinator to ensure our services consistently meet and exceed client expectations. This person will be responsible for verifying that what the client has booked matches what has been confirmed by the operations department and ensuring the final product is flawless.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct quality checks across all booked services (hotels, transfers, tours, etc.).• Communicate with local partners and suppliers to ensure service consistency.• Review guest feedback and follow up on complaints or improvement opportunities.• Regularly audit itineraries and ground operations for accuracy and excellence.• Collaborate with the operations and concierge teams to enhance client satisfaction.Requirements:• Experience in hospitality, travel operations, or quality management.• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.• Fluency in English and Greek; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional guest experiences.To Apply: Please send your CV to javier@blisstravel.gr
