Today, our headquarters is based in Naples, Florida, USA, with a large network of subsidiaries in over 21 countries.About the Role:As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of medical products that help surgeons treat their patients more effectively. You will be responsible for executing and documenting quality inspections, operating precision instruments, and supporting cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of product quality in compliance with Arthrexâs quality management system.Work Location: This position is based at our European Logistics Center (ELC) in Venlo, the Netherlands.Responsibilities:Execution of quality controls on medical productsOperation of measuring instruments and handling of common standard test equipmentReview of manufacturerâs documentationDocumentation of the inspections in compliance with Arthrex quality management system specificationsCompilation of the documentation required for inspectionsInitiation and documentation of nonconformitiesMonitoring of test equipment Support of other departments related to product quality issuesYour ProfileSuccessfully completed technical vocational training or comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in quality control or a comparable activityProficiency in English is required; German and/or Dutch is a plusYour Skills & KnowledgeStrong team collaboration skillsSelf motivated and capable of working independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHighly responsible and reliableStrong technical aptitudeAnalytica; and structured mindsetExperience with SAP is a plusComfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Why Arthrex?At Arthrex, youâll be part of an innovative and international team dedicated to improving patient care through cutting-edge medical technology.
