If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Monitors and reviews quality-related activities.Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and relevant regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain QC protocols and documentation.Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.Lead investigations of quality incidents and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and guidelines.Lead a high-performing team providing guidance and professional development.Support regulatory audits and external inspections.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related life sciences field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality control within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, particularly in sterile production.Proven leadership and team-management experience.Experience with GMP audits and regulatory compliance.Strong attention to details and good analytical and problem-solving skills.Hiring?
