PT Tiga Maha Rewa takes pride in its excellence, affordability, and strong focus on community development — ensuring every home contributes to a better living environment.🧱 Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Officer based in Makassar, South Sulawesi.The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control and assurance protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring all construction works comply with technical standards, specifications, and SNI regulations.The role also involves supporting laboratory testing, verifying materials, identifying deviations, and coordinating corrective actions with project and engineering teams to maintain construction excellence across all housing projects🎓 QualificationsMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.At least 2–3 years of experience in housing, construction, or real-estate development projects — preferably within a developer or contractor environment.Proficiency in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes, with solid understanding of construction standards and inspection procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess field data, detect defects, and propose corrective actions.Effective communication and reporting abilities to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and management.Hands-on experience in material testing or laboratory validation is an advantage.Attention to detail, high integrity, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality compliance.Familiarity with SNI standards, site supervision, and project documentation systems (ERP or QC checklists) is preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.Relevant certifications in quality control or assurance will be considered a plus🌟 Why Join UsAt PT Tiga Maha Rewa, you’ll be part of a growing developer that values responsibility, excellence, wisdom, and agility (REWA values).You’ll help shape communities and ensure every family receives a home built with care, integrity, and long-term value
