It is an entry-level / junior role for a candidate who is interested in product inspection, laboratory testing oversight, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control activities including product inspections, sampling, and laboratory testingEnsure all products meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements before releaseMonitor and document production quality metrics and identify non-conformancesCoordinate with production and R&D teams to address quality issuesMaintain and oversee calibration, maintenance, and proper use of QC equipmentReview test results, batch records, and certificates of analysis to verify product qualityImplement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives based on QC findingsRequirementsStrong interest to grow in the quality control fieldProactivity and ability to follow instructionsStrong communication skillsFluency in English; professional command of French and/or Spanish is an advantagePreferred QualificationsExperience in quality control within a controlled environment agricultural facility, ideally cannabis productionKnowledge of product testing techniques, laboratory operations, and quality control standardsWork ConditionsOnsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen
