Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesPerform sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.Conduct in-process analyses and evaluate third-party laboratory analysis results.Develop new analytical methods or modify existing methods as needed.Report analytical results related to chemical process control in a reliable manner.Reporting results concerning chemical process control in rapid and reliable manner.Collaborate closely with scientists during product development activities.Oversee laboratory equipment and the overall laboratory environment.Maintain an inventory of chemicals and supplies in the laboratory.Ensure the quality of manufacturing processes and products in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.Participating in internal and external audits of suppliers, clients, and ISO certification audits.RequirementsHigher education in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.Practical laboratory experience with HPLC, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and NMRBasic technical writing skills (e.g., SOPs, work instructions).Working proficiency in English.High level of diligence and accuracy, with strong communication skills.Ability to adapt and work both independently and as part of a team.Commitment to open, constructive communication and fostering a positive, productive work environment.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of ISO 9001.General understanding of Quality Assurance principles.Previous experience in a Quality Control department.Experience in the manufacturing industry.
