Quality & Control Team Leader

🚀 Quality & Control Team Leader📍 Location: Tuzla Orhanlı / Istanbul (Anatolian Side)We are looking for a Quality & Control Team Leader to join our team at Sincanlı Logistics Center in Tuzla, İstanbul.Qualifications• Graduated from a relevant technical department of a university• Good command of English (written and spoken)• Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers, and able to read technical drawings• Experienced in incoming and final quality control processes, preferably in the automotive or OEM industry• Capable of participating in improvement projects to enhance product quality and production efficiency• Completed military serviceKey Responsibilities• Investigate customer returns and contact suppliers when necessary• Work in coordination with departments to analyze complaints and inspect related products• Measure product and part drawings and upload them to the system• Upload dimensioned product drawings to the system when requested• Communicate with Regional Sales Representatives regarding returns and provide feedback• Complete required forms and ensure all data is properly recorded• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of incoming products• Prepare and send reports for returned products to manufacturers• Lead and manage the quality control team• Report directly to the Quality Manager
