We’re Hiring: Outerwear Quality Technician / Coordinator📍 Location: Romania (multiple sites available)Your Impact: As an Outerwear Coordinator Production Quality Controller, you will oversee a team of technicians based at our suppliers in Romania and Moldova. You will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality standards of the garments produced for Moncler.Activities:Monitoring and controlling garment’s qualityVerifying the construction and fit of the Outerwear production garmentFinal Quality Control of products within the established timeframesCoordinating with the team and other Moncler Employees involvedIssuing quality reports using dedicated management softwareWho We Are Looking For:Strong technical expertise in outerwear production processesThe knowledge of down-jackets is a plusIn-depth understanding of quality control methodologies and standards.+10 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury structured multinational organizations, in the same or similar roleProven ability to manage and lead a team effectivelyFamiliarity with suppliers and production facilities in Romania and MoldovaExceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindsetFlexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyAvailability to travel and visit production sites in Italy and abroadHigh level of autonomy and flexibility, including availability for international relocation if neededFluent in English or ItalianWe Would Appreciate a Person Who Is: A determined and agile self-starter with a positive, creative approach to challengesProactive and solution-oriented in addressing issuesHighly organized, able of managing multiple tasks and coordinating teams effectivelyHow You Can Apply:You can apply through our Careers Website by following the link in the job posting.Know someone who fits this role?
