Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Welding Inspector role located in Habshan. The inspector will be responsible for overseeing welding activities to ensure quality control and compliance with standards. Daily tasks include inspecting welding setups, reviewing welding procedures and specifications, conducting tests and inspections on welds, and preparing detailed reports. The role involves coordinating with teams to maintain quality assurance and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proficiency in welding inspection, quality assurance, and knowledge of welding codes and standards, such as ASME, AWS, or equivalent.Ability to perform visual weld inspections, review welding procedures and specifications, and conduct non-destructive testing (NDT).Technical expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to welding and fabrication processes.Experience in preparing accurate quality records, documentation, and inspection reports.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Relevant certifications such as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or equivalent are highly preferred.Prior experience in the oil, gas, or construction industry is an advantage.
