The company is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction across all its outlets.Job Summary:The Quality Controller ensures that all food, beverage, and service operations meet the company’s quality and hygiene standards. The role involves inspecting production, storage, and service areas, monitoring food safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations and company policies. This position plays a vital role in maintaining consistency, customer trust, and operational excellence across all branches.Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily food preparation and service to ensure compliance with company quality standards.Conduct routine inspections of kitchens, storage rooms, and dining areas to verify hygiene, temperature control, and cleanliness.Check incoming raw materials and finished food products for freshness, proper labeling, and quality.Ensure all staff follow food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols as per HACCP and Saudi food safety regulations.Identify and report non-conformities, suggest corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to maintain consistent taste, portioning, and presentation across branches.Maintain accurate inspection reports and submit regular quality performance updates to management.Support training sessions for staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance best practices.Assist in preparing for audits by local authorities and internal quality assessments.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in quality control or food safety within the restaurant, catering, or food production industry.Previous experience in KSA or the Gulf region is preferred.High attention to detail and strong observational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and teamwork.In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety management systems.Understanding of Saudi food safety regulations and inspection requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with digital inspection or reporting systems is an advantage.Good command of English (written and spoken).Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to dynamic operational environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to train and motivate teams toward quality excellence.
