AlleviaHospitals are looking for a switched on, professional and highly communicative healthcare administrator to join our Quality & Patient Engagement team to coordinate our patient feedback and complaints process.This is a permanent part-time role (20 hours per week) based at Allevia Hospital in Epsom.As our Patient Feedback & ComplaintsCoordinator, you'll bring your professional communication skills to lead and manage our feedback and complaints processes, including meticulous collection, acknowledgment, and record-keeping of feedback. You'll be a confident participant in the investigation of issues and the facilitation of meetings where required, and as an active listener you'll have the ability to comprehend and respond clearly to issues raised with diplomacy, tact and respect. You'll also get to utilise your advanced analytical and reporting skills to transform feedback into meaningful information essential for the continuous quality improvement and excellence in patient care that Allevia is proud of.Our Ideal Candidate Will HaveRelevant tertiary qualification or experience in similar healthcare related roleExpert data analysis & reporting skills using SPC charting or similarAdvanced MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.Advanced verbal and written comprehension and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailBenefitsAlleviaHospitals is a part of the Allevia Health Group and is New Zealand's largest private surgical facility.
