Join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury hospitality.Job DescriptionTo assist the CQM in day to day monitoring of quality goals and guest satisfaction , whilst being support role in deployment of any new projectQualificationsResponsibilities and duties for this position shall include but not limited to the following areas and activities. At the Management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described. Having full knowledge of all standards pertaining to the company (Constance Minimum Standards, C Minimum Standards , LHW standards, Forbes standards) Having full knowledge of all platforms used for Quality ( Review Pro, LQA audit site, True View , Alliants, GoAudit) Preparing monthly Review Pro quality reports for designated resorts with aim to follow trough on GRI and GSS scores Assisting in preparing of presentation when needed Daily update of resorts negative mentions for semantics analysis Preparing Semantic analysis in order to detect and fix shortfalls in service and product and hence increase guest satisfaction and quality scores Following trough on quality and speed of replies on Alliants platform trough spot checks Preparing and putting in place Alliants SOP’s and any other SOP’s needed for new services addedTaking responsibility of internal audits reports extracted from Goaudits in order to identify most frequently missed standards and hence training needsAssisting in executing internal audits in assigned resorts (following 6 months training with CQM)Follow up on mystery audits action plans by resorts executed by Ecosure (Constance Minimum Standards audit)Assisting in follow up on mystery audits of LQA (LHW)Assisting in Forbes certification process ( Path to greatness) and follow up on auditsHandling emails and any issue or query pertaining to quality in absence of Corporate Quality ManagerAssisting in handling implementation in Coconut Tribe and Tribe project in all aspects (coordinating meetings , assisting in sourcing of new items and purchasing process)Coordinating organization of meetings with Quality managers (group or one on one)Assisting for posting Quality topics on HumandAssisting in execution of quality topics trainings when neededAssisting CQM with planning and mails handling when necessaryAssisting in uploading of email for guest surveys when neededAssisting in any other Quality topic that ariseAvailability to visit resorts when needed for work purposeQualificationsAt least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;Good knowledge of Quality Management systems;A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel or service related sector;Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;Additional InformationWORK WITH CONSTANCE🌿 Join a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.We believe in continuous learning and growth to help our teams achieve their full potential.A strong family spirit is part of our identity, we support and care for one another.We offer international career opportunities, allowing you to develop within a renowned luxury hospitality group.Our passion for luxury hospitality is reflected in every detail of the guest experience.We are committed to environmental and societal contributions, integrating sustainability into everything we do.🌿We want our team members to feel valued and supported, offering a work environment that encourages excellence, personal growth, and cultural diversity.
