Quality Engineer

Quality Assurance Specialist – Aerospace ManufacturingA detail-oriented and results-driven QA professional to uphold the highest standards in aerospace manufacturing. In this role, you’ll manage Quality Management System, lead audits (ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP), and drive continuous improvement to reduce cost of poor quality. You’ll collaborate across teams and with customers to resolve non-conformance issues, prepare First Article submissions, and ensure compliance with global aviation standards.Core Responsibilities:To perform quality assurance functions with regard to the product, process and maintain quality management system while ensuring compliance with all related government agencies, aviation authorities and customers’ requirements and regulationsManage the Quality Management SystemReview and revise quality procedures and quality manualLiaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, investigate the root cause and determine effective corrective actions to eliminate the cost of poor qualityPerform internal and external vendor audits to evaluate quality system, products, and processes (ISO9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP)Liaise closely with internal functions to prepare for First Article submission following AS13100 requirementsAttend and review Material Review Board to drive down monthly Cost of Poor Quality/ scrapIdeal Candidate Profile:Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or related field5+ years’ QA experience in aerospace OEM environmentStrong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and AS13100Skilled in problem-solving tools (FMEA, 5-Whys) and interpreting technical drawingsAnalytical, meticulous, and proactive mindsetFamiliar with NADCAP processes including FPI, heat treatment, non-conventional machining, shotpeening and chemical processing would be an advantageIf you’re passionate about quality excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision environment, we’d love to hear from you!We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
