Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute annual audits for AVL suppliers to verify processes and systems.Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop and evaluate potential suppliers, including QMS and QPA audits for new suppliers.Partner with CQE to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.Support NPI documentation and implement quality assurance plans through hazard analyses, preventive measures, and verification procedures.Conduct regular supplier performance reviews (weekly, monthly) covering KPIs such as raw material inspections, audit findings, DPPM, and scorecards.Train suppliers on quality standards, SOPs, and quality tools to strengthen risk awareness.Drive suppliers to complete required certifications and agreements, including Supplier Quality Assurance Agreements.Promote supplier continuous improvement in areas such as yield (PY), unit per hour (UPH), cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above.Minimum 5 years of work experience in the quality field, with preference for candidates experienced in book products management.Proficiency in quality tools such as QC-7, PFMEA, AQP, PPAP, 8D, and SPC.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese.Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented, hands-on mindset.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
