Salesforce Quality Engineer (Contract)Location: Remote – Anywhere in LATAM (must work 8 AM–5 PM CST)Contract Type: AORRate: $25-40/hourDuration: Budget confirmed through end of January, with strong likelihood of extension through next yearOpenings: 2Interview: Can interview within 24 hours!About the RoleOur Fortune 500 SaaS client is seeking experienced Salesforce Quality Engineers to join a new team supporting a large CRM integration project. This team operates in an Agile environment and is focused on delivering high-quality solutions for Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce projects.Lead QA efforts across multiple Salesforce initiatives.Develop and maintain automated tests using tools like Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce automation frameworks.Validate APIs, Apex classes/triggers, Lightning components, Flows, and third-party integrations.Collaborate with developers and admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Ensure compliance with company policies and Salesforce governance standards.Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide accurate QA task estimates.Required Skills & Experience8–10 years of Quality Engineering experience, with 3–5 years focused on Salesforce testing.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL).Hands-on experience with Java and test automation frameworks for Salesforce.Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Experience with Provar, Copado, Selenium WebDriver, or similar Salesforce automation tools.Knowledge of data migration and validation techniques within Salesforce.Exposure to performance and load testing tools.Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.Additional NotesInterview Process: Single round with hiring manager.Candidates should be able to clearly articulate their thought process during technical discussions.
