ResponsibilitiesManage customer-impacting quality issues and ensure efficient and timely resolutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement both short-term and long-term preventive measures.Drive continuous quality improvement and follow up on various quality issues.Plan and set procedures for the team to handle current and future quality issues.Communicate progress on customer quality issues with relevant stakeholders.Prepare for and handle customer audits.Meet with customers alongside the sales team to address quality concerns.QualificationsBachelor’s in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Have at least 5 years of experience as a quality engineer.Experience in designing machinery, electrical systems, electronics, computers, or other relevant fields.Has knowledge and understanding in using various tools in the quality assurance system, such as PFMEA, Process Control Plan, MSA, SPC, etc.Has skills in the English language.Can drive a car and holds a driving license.Work LocationBangkok Thailandhttps://maps.app.goo.gl/HaMGs3eG3Sa4qVNr7
