Quality Engineer (Otokar Project)

We value direct and constructive communication, and honesty is the cornerstone of our team. We are now entering a new phase and as part of our collaboration with Otokar, we are looking to add a Quality Engineer to our team.Are you ready to be part of our global team to keep the world moving? What you can expect… In this role you will Coordinate internally and with other departments to resolve quality issues arising in Otokar’s production processes Analyze defects identified during vehicle acceptance by the MBT Quality team, report them to Otokar and follow up on corrective actions Provide regular feedback to Otokar regarding field complaints and monitor the implementation of countermeasures Organize review meetings with Otokar regularly Analyze cost items arising in the field via relevant systems and calculate & report recourse claims for Otokar-related production costs in accordance with specifications.  While coordinating this entire process, the candidate will also be responsible for: Regularly conducting root cause analyses Ensuring information exchange with MBT teams assigned to the project.  You will fit in perfectly if you Have completed an university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or an equivalent technical program Are experienced in vehicle and production technologies, familiar with quality control processes Are proficient in problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, 8D, FMEA, TRIZ etc.) Have an experience in interdisciplinary meeting management and international projects  Are interested in statistical data analysis and actively using MS Office applications Are fluent in English to communicate effectively verbally and written (German is a plus) Are a team player with persuasive communication, eager to learn and have the will to travel.  You will benefit from Your start with us: We want you to take the helm yourself and feel comfortable from the very beginning.
