Join our team as Our Next Quality Engineer!Do you see opportunities for improvement everywhere you look?As our Quality Engineer at Strohm, you’ll help us deliver top-quality products and continuously improve how we work.You’ll combine hands-on product understanding with data-driven analysis, using Lean principles and the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) approach to turn insights into real improvements.In This Role, You WillAnalyze quality data, formulate KPI’s, spot improvement opportunities, and drive change.Perform quality checks and product releases to deepen your understanding of our products and processes.Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and collaborate across teams, suppliers, and clients.Develop and improve procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and API Spec Q1 standards.Providing training, sharing lessons learned, and keeping quality top of mind.Create and review Test plans and quality documentation.Apply your problem-solving skills to a wide range of issues while maintaining a constructive working relationship with parties involved. You’ll directly influence quality, efficiency, and cost — and have room to grow into roles like Senior Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager.SkillsBSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).3-5 years of experience, ideally with ISO 9001 or in manufacturing/offshore supply.Analytical, detail-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.Strong communicator across all levels — from shop floor to management, from supplier to customer.Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.Why join us?Salary between €3500,- and €5200,- based on experience and qualifications;Be part of an innovative, fast-paced company with global impact;Strohm’s Pension plan and a mental health plan;Discounted gym membership;Bike lease plan through the company;Commuting allowance or NS Business Card (min. 3 office days);Company-provided phone;Hybrid working model (office and home-based);32 days of paid leave per year.At Strohm, we’re transforming the offshore energy industry with sustainable, forward-thinking solutions.
