They are also responsible for ensuring customer requirements are defined and all project deliverables meet customer, internal and regulatory requirements including all applicable standards.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLearn manufacturing processes as assigned to create improvements in quality, efficiency, and costParticipate in or lead nonconforming product resolution to include creating containment action plans and root cause corrective action activitiesParticipate in or lead company-wide product quality proceduresResolve problems working collaboratively with manufacturing and engineering staffMay provide basic guidance to lower-level business support workers within the scope of a project they are also assigned toCompile and audit product compliance documentation, including EIDP (End Item Data Package), FAI (First Article Inspection), source inspection materials, etc.Track inspection schedules and activity for the assigned value stream(s).Work with quality tracking systems or databases, including Corrective Actions and CalibrationQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum of four (4) years of experience in area of responsibility.High School Diploma or GEDApplicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.Additional InformationThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.Pay Range: $25.33 - $31.04 hourly.
