QEHS Specialist (Quality Environment Health & Safety)Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated QEHS Specialist to oversee and enhance our Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety programs. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain QEHS policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant standards.Provide training and support to staff on EHS best practices and regulations.Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.Work closely with other departments to integrate quality assurance and environmental health and safety into their operations.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to QEHS.Support the implementation of ERP systems to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.Proven experience in Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety roles.Certification in EHS and OSHA 30.Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.Knowledge of solar industry practices and sustainability initiatives is desirable.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
