Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Officer (QHSE Officer)

About the role:Lumi is expanding its operational excellence across logistics, rental services, and customer-facing operations. We are currently seeking a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Officer to ensure that all quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are properly applied and continuously improved throughout our operations.This role plays a vital part in building a strong safety culture, reducing risks across daily activities, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting Lumi’s long-term operational goals.This role is essential in shaping Lumi’s brand visibility, managing multi-channel digital initiatives, and ensuring all marketing activities align with the company’s overall goals and growth plans.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain Lumi’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management.Ensure safe work systems and safe behavioral practices across all levels of the organization.Provide QHSE guidance to departments and support continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular risk assessments across maintenance, logistics, and customer service operations to identify hazards and recommend preventive measures.Prepare, implement, and update safety policies and procedures to minimize workplace incidents and environmental impact.Deliver ongoing training on safe work practices, emergency response, and proper use of safety equipment.Maintain accurate records, inspection logs, and incident reports in line with internal and regulatory requirements.Communicate safety-related findings, risks, and best practices effectively to diverse teams and stakeholders.Support operational teams by solving day-to-day safety challenges and ensuring alignment with QHSE standards.Requirements:Diploma or higher degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in QHSE, safety, or a related role.Safety certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are a significant advantage.Strong understanding of HSE regulations, safety procedures, and risk assessment methods.Ability to communicate technical safety information clearly and concisely.Strong problem-solving skills.Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and results.Why Join Us?Contribute directly to enhancing safety and quality across one of Saudi Arabia’s leading car rental companies.Work in a dynamic operational environment alongside a motivated, innovative, and growth-driven team.Join a supportive and development-focused team with growth opportunities.Be part of a company that is redefining mobility, logistics, and customer experience in Saudi Arabia.If you are committed to raising safety standards and creating a secure work environment, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now and be part of our growing team!
