The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for handling guest reservations, providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with guests and internal teams, and assisting with sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include training staff in reservations procedures and ensuring a seamless booking experience for all clients. Qualifications Experience in Reservations and SalesStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to provide Training on reservation processesProficiency in using reservation systems and hotel management softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
