At the heart of the transformation is improving outcomes for babies, children and families. This role is integral to improving quality and raising standards across the service, and impact on improving outcomes.Interview Date - TBCThe post holder will be facilitating and coordinating improvements across the 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service, affecting patient care and service delivery.The post holder will focus on the development of strong internal communications and innovations that would enable staff to feel informed, engaged and empowered to deliver Quality Improvement to support a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and inclusivity.Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provide hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
