A Snapshot of Your DayYou will work in the Grid Technology department in a dynamic team supporting the Service Organization with developing and delivering training programs, e.g. product & skill trainings, functionalities, and use cases with different methodsHow You’ll Make An ImpactDrive learning and communication for the Service CommunityCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and align training programs with organizational goals.Engage with external collaborators, such as customers, partners, and vendors, to deliver tailored training solutions to specific customer programs.Organize and facilitate regular face to face training sessions for New Joiners and develop training materialsCollect and roll out lessons learned and best practice sharingSupport SE talent pool by developing & enabling digital tools & workspaces to collaborate in different set-ups and support on handling and coordinating face-to-face eventsEnabling Newcomers to understand GT Service fast and easy by providing sufficient trainings and trainings materials!Engaging with Customer to facilitate “first to know” trainingsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training, Business, or a related field.Experience in developing and delivering training programs as well as to engage and motivate learners through various training methods is a plusAbility to conduct detailed training needs assessmentsStrong understanding of transformation and its impact on business & peopleExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsAbility to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departmentsStrong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and organizational and project management skillsAbout The TeamOur Grid Technologies division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
