🔍 Now Hiring: Quality Inspector 📢 Reporting to: Quality ManagerAre you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards? We're looking for a Quality Inspector to join a dynamic team in an engineering environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections per customer specifications and quality plansApprove production through visual and measurement testsCommunicate quality issues to production teams and ensure shift continuitySupport training on quality-related topicsConduct sampling for new processes/equipmentIdentify non-conformances and initiate corrective actionsVerify effectiveness of corrective actionsContribute to continuous improvement initiativesMaintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principlesAttend meetings and perform other duties as requiredQualifications & Experience:1–2 years of relevant industry experienceExperience in an engineering environmentDiploma in Quality, Science, or Engineering (preferred but not essential)Skills & Attributes:Skilled in using precision inspection tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)Able to read engineering drawings and specificationsComfortable with imperial and metric systemsUnderstanding of calibration systems for inspection equipmentStrong attention to detail and communication skillsFlexible, enthusiastic, and proficient in Microsoft OfficeRotating shifts, week 1: 07.00 – 15.00 Mon – Thu 07.00 – 14.00 Fri; Week 2: 15.00 – 00.00 Mon – Thu 14.00 – 17.00 Fri.💬 Interested?If you're ready to take the next step in your quality career, we’d love to hear from you.
