Job DescriptionAbout the PositionWe have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Quality Intern. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.Purpose of the jobSupport the activities of quality system and quality improvement.The Quality Intern will be involved inSupport in auditing activities;Support in change control process;Support in HACCP redaction and review; Responsible for documents storage;Support quality manager in daily activities;Support quality KPI monitoring and analysis;Support root cause analysis related to quality incidents;Schedule the activities related to the development implementation plan defined.QualificationsHard SkillsEU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)IT Knowledge MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook), ERP system, SAP, Problem-Solving Investigation (RCA Methodologies 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc)Language Knowledge fluent in English and Italian.BackgroundDegree in Food Technology, Biology, Engineering studiesProfessional AttributesConfident / Ability to give pushbackYou’re a go getter- you’re not easily thrown off your game- not even when you get resistance.Ability to SimplifyWe like to keep it simple.
