About the RoleThe role will oversee the implementation and management of internal business processes and rules to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of processes. The position will coordinate with AESC management to identify and advise any potential risks affecting the company’s reputation, security, safety, financial sustainability, product quality, and presence. In addition, the position is also responsible for identifying areas of improvement in the general business process.What You Will Do The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. Develop internal audit strategy and audit plans, perform regular audits, and identify business risks or issues.Identify business process deficiencies to promote process effectiveness and efficiency.Investigate major incidents, identify violations of process or regulations, or negligence.Collaborate with the human resource and the department managers to enhance compliance in management and implementation of business process.Build the team and its capacity as well as establish the system of internal quality audit control. Lead the work of internal audit commissioners in the UK and EU region.Regularly update the head of AESC QCP (Quality Compliance Committee) on project planning, audits, results, and follow-up directions.Domestic and international travel required.What You NeedExperienced in automotive/electronics/new energy/heavy equipment related plant operation process. Background in internal audit or risk management is preferred. Knowledge in IATF16949 or VDA6.3, and experienced in audit, internal control, risk management.8+ years of experience in managerial position. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experienced and thrived in cross-functional team collaboration.Business English is essential for this roleAttention to detail and strong ethic and values and able to work well under pressure.
