About this Position The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Henkel’s quality standards and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to product safety. This role involves developing and continuously improving the local Quality Management System, implementing robust inspection and testing methods, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain processes. The position requires strong leadership to build quality capabilities, manage supplier performance, and ensure effective governance of hygiene and quality systems. The Quality Manager will also lead incident investigations, support new product trials, and manage internal and external audits to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.What You´ll Do Ensure compliance with Henkel quality standards and all applicable legal/regulatory requirements. Develop, review, and continuously improve the local Quality Management System. Implement Henkel inspection and testing methods for quality control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using risk-based and data-driven approaches. Lead quality incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Manage supplier performance through audits, data analysis, and improvement programs. Maintain documentation of quality systems and ensure readiness for internal/external audits. Support production trials and first runs to ensure product design meets quality standards. Promote quality and product safety culture across all levels of the organization. Implement and manage hygiene programs, including HACCP-based risk assessments. Conduct periodic quality reviews and report to regional/global teams. Build capability and knowledge within the quality team through training and development. What makes you a good fit Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing and hygienic design principles. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in microbiological testing procedures. Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP. Effective communication and reporting skills. Leadership and team development capabilities. High self-motivation with a continuous improvement mindset. Fluent in written and spoken English.
