SummaryEnsuring parts meet the standards for the service the customer requestedBuilding document controls to ensure orders are clear about expectations from the customer for services providedReviewing all failures and working with other leaders and customers to determine root cause failure analysisCreating and implementing procedures to ensure corrective actionPreparing weekly reports that track quality and on-time performancePreparing quality reports for customers as neededAccurate counting and matching of items received from vendors, receipt entry in QuickBooks (eventually E2), and delivery of items to the next stationMaintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standardsCoordinating and supporting internal and external ISO audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on audit findingsEnsuring compliance with ISO certification requirements and supporting continuous improvement initiativesTraining and coaching team members on ISO procedures and audit readinessOther duties as assignedExperience4-Year Business Degree Strongly Preferred, Equivalent Experience Will Be ConsideredMinimum yellow belt, green belt preferredMinimum of 2 years experience as a quality technicianExperience with ISO 9001:2015 certification and audit processes strongly preferred
