Quality Lead

Head of Quality – Construction | Dubai, UAEWe are seeking an experienced Head of Quality to lead all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across our construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects meet ISO standards, achieve “Right First Time” delivery, and drive operational excellence through quality leadership and continuous improvement.Location: DubaiDepartment: Operations / QualityReports To: Operations DirectorRole OverviewThe Head of Quality will establish, implement, and oversee quality management systems across all construction activities. You’ll ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards while promoting a culture of excellence, minimizing material wastage, and maintaining the highest construction quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enforce construction quality standards aligned with ISO and industry best practices.Conduct regular QA/QC site audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformances.Manage and monitor performance of quality consultants and contractors.Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues.Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.Ensure 100% compliance with client and regulatory inspections.Lead, mentor, and train QA/QC teams to maintain a “Right First Time” culture.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.10–15 years of proven QA/QC management experience in large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and/or Lean Six Sigma qualification preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
