We are committed to safety, innovation, and excellence in everything we build.As a Project Quality Manager, you will lead the implementation and oversight of quality assurance and control programs across major construction projects in Western Canada. You’ll ensure that all work meets or exceeds client expectations, regulatory requirements, and Kiewit’s rigorous standards.LocationThis position is based on-site at one or more of our project sites across Western Canada. This means your Kiewit adventure is custom-designed to meet our shared needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs)Lead quality audits, inspections, and root cause analysesCollaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, codes, and standardsManage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective action processesTrain and mentor field staff on quality procedures and best practicesInterface with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies on quality mattersMaintain documentation and reporting for quality metrics and performanceSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the districtQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in construction quality management, preferably in infrastructure or industrial projectsStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, CSA standards, and applicable codesProven leadership and communication skillsAbility to travel and work on-site across Western CanadaOther Requirements:Regular, reliable attendanceWork productively and meet deadlines timelyCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environmentPerform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
