The permanent location for this Quality Manager role is Bắc Ninh, Vietnam (with initial training/learning in Huizhou, Guangdong, China). As a key member of the Cooler Master team, your role will encompass the following:Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Maintenance and Optimization of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemResponsible for assisting in the planning, establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).Develop and refine quality management documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection standards, and Quality Control Plans (QCPs).Assist in organizing internal audits and external certifications (e.g., customer audits, third-party audits) and report system operation status to senior management.2. Full-Process Quality ControlResponsible for quality monitoring and non-conformance handling throughout the entire process: incoming materials (IQC), in-process production (IPQC), finished goods (FQC), and outbound shipments (OQC).Organize new product reviews, pilot runs, reliability testing, and certification work to ensure products meet quality standards.Develop sampling inspection plans and quality acceptance criteria and supervise the execution of inspections.3. Customer and Supplier Quality ManagementHandle customer quality complaints, lead problem analysis (e.g., 8D reports), develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor their execution.Establish a supplier quality evaluation system, guide and audit supplier quality management systems, and elevate the quality level of the supply chain.4. Team Management and TrainingResponsible for the development, daily management, and performance appraisal of the quality team, optimizing human resource allocation.Organize quality training to enhance inspector skills and improve quality awareness among all employees, promoting the implementation of TQM (Total Quality Management).5. Quality Data Analysis and Continuous ImprovementCollect and analyze quality data (e.g., defect rates, customer complaint rates), regularly produce quality reports, and propose improvement plans.Lead the investigation and resolution of major quality issues and drive the achievement of quality objectives.6. Cross-Departmental Coordination and Strategic SupportCoordinate with R&D, Production, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented at all stages.Participate in quality reviews during the new product development process to ensure designs meet manufacturability and reliability requirements.Required Qualifications1. Education and Professional BackgroundEducation Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.2. Work Experience Requirements5 to 10+ years of quality management experience in the manufacturing industry, experience in the hardware electronics or metal processing sector is highly desirable.Must have team management experience; experience managing a Quality Control (QC) team of 50+ people is preferred.Experience in foreign-funded enterprises or the automotive industry (IATF 16949) is preferred.3. Professional Skills and CertificatesProficient in quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QC080000, and IATF 16949.Expert in quality analysis tools such as the 6 Sigma, 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and 5Why.Required to have proficiency in Chinese communication; proficiency in English or Vietnamese is a plus.
