(Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Quality Manager in our aeronautics team.As a Quality Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.Your responsibilities :You manage customer complaints,You coordinates all activities related to customer complaints (processing, determining responsibility, quality investigations such as 9S, 8D, QRQC, or similar).You organize and participate in internal audits, You are responsible for project deliverables and monitoring customer requirements.You are responsible for quality reporting: writing, communication (internal and external),You manage customer satisfaction surveys,Your profile :You have a bachelor's or master's degree in quality,You have at least one experience in the aero sector (aerospace and aeronautics),You have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an industrial environment,You have already managed quality or industrial projects.You have a good knowledge with the quality tools as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection…You are familiar with the EN9100,Fluency in English is required,What can you except as a B.E.S. consultant?Great projects in Engineering and High Technologies through major players to develop your technical skills and hard skills,Knowledge sharing processes though our competences centers and experts' communities to grow your multi-sectorial knowledge,A strong development plan to improve your soft skills such as Leadership, Communication skills, Change & People management capabilities…A full package made of gross salary on 13.92 months, lunch allowance, entertainment expenses, company car & fuel card, group insurances,A friendly, lively working environment within a dynamic and motivated team !!
