We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee service excellence and operational compliance across a luxury hospitality portfolio.This position plays a key role in ensuring that every guest experience aligns with the brand’s creative vision and world-class standards.Role OverviewThe Quality Manager will drive a culture of service excellence by leading operational and brand-standard audits, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring consistent delivery of memorable guest experiences across all hotel and F&B operations.This role reports functionally to the Director – Internal Audit and works closely with senior hotel leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct operational, service, and compliance audits across Rooms, F&B, Culinary, Engineering, and Spa departments.Ensure adherence to statutory and brand standards (HACCP, ISO, DST, and Dubai Municipality regulations).Develop and implement a Quality & Brand Standards Audit Framework aligned with the brand’s creative and cinematic identity.Partner with operational leaders to enhance guest experience and service consistency through training and process reviews.Identify root causes of service deviations and implement preventive measures.Support sustainability initiatives and compliance with Dubai Sustainable Tourism standards.Prepare and present periodic quality dashboards, linking findings with guest satisfaction and operational KPIs.Support new openings, brand audits, and certification processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Quality Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in quality assurance or brand audit within luxury or lifestyle hotels.Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service design.Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, HACCP, or Six Sigma preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead audits, manage compliance programs, and drive service enhancement initiatives.Desired CompetenciesAnalytical and detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.Guest-centric mindset with a passion for excellence.Proactive, creative, and collaborative in driving improvement initiatives.Confidential Search: Only shortlisted profiles will be contacted.
