If you are looking to develop your skills and career in education, and to find like-minded passionate educators and non-academic staff, come join us today!Job PurposeThe Quality Manager/Executive supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems and processes to ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role works collaboratively with academic and administrative teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the institution’s mission and values.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures.Support academic and operational compliance with accreditation bodies (e.g. MOE, Cambridge, IB, other international curriculum standards).Coordinate internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications.Maintain updated documentation and records for regulatory compliance.Institutional Performance & ImprovementCollect, analyse, and report key performance indicators related to academic performance, student experience, teaching quality, and administrative functions.Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancement plans.Support curriculum review processes and programme evaluation cycles.Ensure student evaluation systems and surveys (e.g. course evaluation, satisfaction surveys) are robust, transparent, and effectively used for improvement.Risk & Policy ManagementDevelop and manage risk registers relevant to academic and institutional quality.Review, update, and communicate policies and SOPs.Promote awareness of quality and compliance standards among staff.Training & Capacity BuildingConduct training and briefings on quality standards, audit readiness, and improvement processes.Guide departments in developing internal quality plans and performance benchmarks.Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with government agencies, accreditation bodies, and external partners.Support annual reporting and communications to stakeholders (parents, students, board, regulatory authorities).Job and Person SpecificationEssential Specification (Must-have)Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in quality assurance or academic administration (preferably in education institutions).Strong analytical, organisational, and documentation skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and audit processesData analysis and reporting abilityUnderstanding of academic standards and regulatory requirementsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsCollaborative and team-oriented mindsetProactive attitude, capable of working independentlyUphold the institution’s mission, vision and values.Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence.Desirable Specification (Added advantage)Familiarity with international school/college quality frameworks (e.g. Cambridge, IB, ISO, MOE) is an advantage.Safeguarding CommitmentMethodist Council of Education and Wesley Methodist School are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of our students and expects all staff members to share this commitment.
