QUALITY TEAM – COMPLIANCE & AI GOVERNANCE OFFICER (Junior to Senior)📍 Location: Paris, France📅 Start: ASAP🕓 Contract: Full-time About Naaia Naaia is Europe’s first AIMS™ – a risk and compliance management platform dedicated to Artificial Intelligence Systems (AIS) within organizations. Our SaaS solution helps companies operationalize and secure their AI systems across multiple legislations (EU AI Act, US law, Chinese law...) and frameworks, covering qualification, governance, traceability, and continuous monitoring. Your missions As part of the Quality team, and reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, you will contribute to the implementation and improvement of our Quality and AI Management Systems (ISO 27001, ISO 42001), ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across the company. Your main responsibilities will include: • Supporting the maintenance and documentation of our ISMS and AI Management systems. • Participating in internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews. • Assisting in the development of policies and procedures for security, data protection, and responsible AI. • Contributing to training sessions and awareness programs for Naaia teams. • Helping manage GDPR-related activities under the DPO’s supervision (data processing records, rights requests, incident handling). • Promoting a culture of quality, ethics, and transparency within the organization. Depending on your experience (junior to senior), you may also lead specific projects related to internal control, certification, or customer quality management. About you You are curious, rigorous, and passionate about the intersection between AI, compliance, and quality. You bring or are eager to develop: • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for AI and health technologies, including the EU AI Act, the Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and Regulation (EU) 2024/746 (IVDR). • Knowledge of structuring standards such as ISO 42001, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62367, and the ability to translate their requirements into practical compliance processes. • The capacity to connect and align requirements between AI governance, medical device regulations, and quality management systems. • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS). • Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Team spirit, autonomy, and adaptability. • Excellent written and spoken English and French.
