Serving a global customer base, our client produces a range of nutrition and ingredients for the food industry worldwide.With significant ongoing investment , our client offers an excellent career pathway for ambitious Food Professionals.They are now looking to add an experienced Quality Manager to their management team. This role will manage the day to day operations of the Quality function, including direct management of Lab Staff, ensuring all Quality procedures and standards are implemented and maintained.Key element of this role will be resource management, managing and implementing the Food Safety System and working cross functionally to ensure the highest quality product is produced, ensuring client’s requirements are met and that company’s commercial targets are achieved.The Person Degree in Food Science, Quality Management or similarQuality Management experience in the Food Industry is essential, with experience in Dairy preferredExperience with laboratory management is preferred.Experience managing internal and external audits, interacting with clients, regulatory and legislative authorities.Excellent communicator with a proven track record of managing people in a respectful and collaborative manner to achieve successAmbitious to succeed and build career within a dynamic and evolving organisationCommercially astute with strong influencing skills.Attractive remuneration package for the successful candidate.
