100% export-oriented woven garments manufacturer is looking for Quality Manager (Woven Garments)Job Description / ResponsibilityPlan, organize, and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the production process.Ensure all garments meet buyer quality standards and specifications before shipment.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Lead in-line and final inspections; ensure defect-free production and minimize rejection rates.Supervise and train quality inspectors and auditors to maintain consistent quality monitoring.Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues promptly.Conduct pre-production meetings and review samples, trims, and patterns to identify potential risks.Maintain records of quality reports, inspection findings, and corrective action plans.Liaise with buyer quality representatives and handle buyer audits effectively.Ensure compliance with all factory and buyer compliance requirements including AQL, safety, and sustainability standards.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel ManufacturingBachelor of Science (BSc) in Quality ManagementBachelor/Honors / Apparel Manufacturing / Quality Management or equivalent.Experience Requirements8 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): GarmentsAdditional RequirementsMinimum 8–10 years of experience in woven garments quality management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.In-depth knowledge of garment construction, quality control methods, and buyer standards.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Experience with international buyers’ quality systems and AQL standards.Computer literacy and ability to prepare professional quality reports.Job LocationDhaka (Ashulia)
