For more information, visit us at cornerstonebuildingbrands.com.Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLEThis internship is for Summer 2026.The Quality/ Process Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real quality initiatives and contribute to meaningful projects that drive Quality Assurance across the organization. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager.What You’ll DoAssist in the identification of process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder consultationSupport the documentation of current processes working on SOP revisionsReview/revise control plansDevelop training materials, Quality Visual Aids, Work Instructions.Assist in Quality initiative deploymentContribute to meaningful projects that drive quality assurance, process improvement, and reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).QualificationsWHAT YOU’LL NEEDCurrently enrolled in associate or bachelor’s degree program in a relevant discipline is requiredBe at least a sophomore within your degree programStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy are requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is requiredFamiliarity with Root Cause Analysis Methodologies, Fishbone Diagram, 4M’s, 5 Whys, and 8D’s is preferred.Additional InformationWHAT YOU’LL GETCompetitive payInclusive, collaborative environmentBragging rights – you’ll work for the market leader in multiple product categoriesProfessional development opportunitiesIntern buddyWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
