In this role, you will help strengthen our quality culture, support compliance with regulatory and network standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across the firm. You will participate in key quality initiatives and help shape processes that ensure we deliver high-quality services with confidence and consistency.The key responsibilities of this role will include:Supporting the firm’s compliance with risk policies, global quality management standards and regulatory requirementsDeveloping and updating internal policies and procedures to reflect evolving regulations and best practicesConducting compliance assessments and helping design mitigation strategiesParticipating in audit quality reviews and helping monitor alignment with ISQM 1 and other regulatory expectationsPerforming root cause analyses and contributing to corrective actionsProviding training and guidance to teams on quality, compliance and risk managementTo be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration5-6 years of professional experience in audit, quality assurance, risk management or compliance Professional qualifications, such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOEL, will be considered as an assetStrong analytical mindset and ability to apply professional skepticism.Excellent command of English and GreekStrong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Motivation for continuous learning and professional growthMilitary Obligations completed (if applicable)What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
