Quality safety manager - Paper Packaging Manufacturing(Disposable Packaging)Candidate profile: An experienced high-caliber Quality Manager with a solid background in paper packaging manufacturing to lead, build, and implement a world-class quality management system for our factory producing food-grade disposable packaging products.Key Responsibilities:* Establish and develop the factory's Quality Department, policies, and procedures.* Design, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with food packagingstandards.• Supervise inspection and quality control activitiesthroughout production processes.• Lead certification programs and compliance for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSC, and related food-safetystandards.• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, forms,and audit reports.• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for internal and external quality failures, implementing effective and sustainable Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA)plans.• Supplier Quality: Oversee the vendor approval process and establish rigorous Incoming Quality Control (IQC) checks for all raw materials (paperboard, inks, adhesives,etc.) to minimize production risks.* Build, train, and manage the quality team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure fullquality compliance.Requirements:• 8-10 years of experience in paper packaging or foodpackaging industries.* Proven experience in establishing and managing a
quality department from inception.* Hands-on experience with audits, certification renewals, and regulatory documentation.* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication* skills.* • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)* Location: Sudir Industrial Area - KSA* Employment Type: Full-time
