Job Description

Mission of the role:Join us as a Quality Technician. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electronic products, specifically collision avoidance systems, meet the company’s quality standards before they are dispatched to clients. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product reliability, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.Your Mission:Perform final inspections on electronic products before packaging and dispatch.Verify that all components are correctly assembled and functioning according to specifications.Conduct functional and visual tests using appropriate tools and procedures.Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.Identify and report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and relevant industry regulations.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.Uphold Epiroc’s values and “The Epiroc Way” in all internal and external interactions.Perform any other reasonable duties within scope of competence.Your Profile:Matric (Grade 12) essential.Technical diploma or certificate in electronics or quality control preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic product inspection or quality control.Familiarity with electronic testing equipment and procedures.Experience in the mining or industrial electronics sector is advantageous.Location: Centurion, PretoriaClosing Date : 10 November 2025Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, and accelerates the transformation toward a sustainable society.
