This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, coaching, and driving performance excellence through quality assurance and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities  Training & Development Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing team members. Design and update training materials, guides, and process documentation. Conduct call calibrations, refresher sessions, and knowledge checks to ensure process consistency. Collaborate with Team Leaders and Management to identify training needs and address performance gaps.  Quality Assurance & Process Monitoring Evaluate team performance through regular audits and feedback sessions. Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and client-specific requirements. Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate QA reports and share insights with management.  Collaboration & Support Partner with operations, recruitment, and IT teams to optimize performance. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance quality and productivity. Support management in implementing process improvements and performance initiatives. Act as a backup for the Team Trainer or QA Lead when required. Qualifications & Requirements Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory). Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Why Join Us? Dynamic and supportive work environment. Opportunities for growth and professional development. Chance to make a real impact on training and quality standards within an international team.Quaterly bonus schemePrivate health insuranceHybrid work opportunities (after successful probation period)Referral program
