Loan Administration Senior Officer

We are looking for a Loan Administration Senior Officer who is eager to grow personally and professionally, thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment, and brings a critical eye to process efficiency and customer experience. As a Senior Officer in Loan Operations, you are expected to exchange ideas and interact with colleagues from all departments. Responsibilities: As a Middle Office team, who act as a connection and support point for the Front Office team, who communicate with borrowers directly, you need to deep dive into all loan administration tasks; servicing a borrower's request for a payment plan or a debt certificate, preparing the contractual agreements, implementing restructurings in the system, handling payments or payment reversals, using the State platforms, etc. Apart from the core loan administration tasks, you are expected:

To define requirements to optimize the borrower's journey during the restructuring loan cycle in the clearest way possible;To challenge your team and the working group to fully optimize the effectiveness of each process;To monitor and report productivity and performance;Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption PolicyRequirementsMaximum 6-9 years of experience in the banking sector or Servicers;Familiarity with the core activities of Loan Administration;Fluency in English, both written and verbal;Excellence in Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint presentations;Studies in business administration, finance, STEM, or any related field; a master's degree will be considered an assetYou will work in a constantly changing environment.
