The ideal candidate will support daily operations related to the management and verification of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) for cash. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, international financial environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and verify the consistency of cash Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs). Maintain and update client data in internal and external systems. Perform callbacks with clients and counterparties to confirm payment details. Set up and modify SSIs across multiple internal systems. Monitor and review potentially suspicious payments flagged by internal filters. Support daily operational risk mitigation procedures.

Have a basic understanding of the trade life cycle and SWIFT message types (e. g. , MT103, MT202). Interact with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues. Follow internal controls, report incidents, and assist with audits and compliance requirements. Main Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in banking or financial operations. Knowledge of banking operations and/or global market products. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good command of English (written and verbal). Effective communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).

Ability to escalate issues and follow audit and KPI compliance guidelines. Proactive attitude towards improving and documenting internal controls and procedures. 📍 Hybrid Role in Porto. 🚀If you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team!
