QuantifiCare SA is an innovative company and a key player on the international scene in 3D imaging and clinical research. It offers both a service dedicated to major pharmaceutical companies in the processing of medical imaging for clinical trials and doctors, and the development and marketing of its 2D and 3D imaging systems for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and cosmetic doctors. Since its creation in 2001, the company has rapidly expanded internationally with offices in the United States, Brazil, and Asia. As part of its growing development, the company is looking for a Clinical Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Position And ResponsibilitiesAs Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of clinical study projects, including technical, logistical, and interpersonal aspects. You will report directly to the Global Clinical Operations Manager (based in the US) and your main responsibilities will be to:
Interact with various international contacts (pharmaceutical partners, medical centers, suppliers) Defining, preparing, and monitoring the hardware and software necessary for the successful completion of the project Drafting documents and preparing accompanying presentations related to the project (procedures, manuals) Participating in or leading project preparation and follow-up meetings with our clients Conducting training on our products and services at the international level Act as a liaison between the various project stakeholders to ensure the study runs smoothly Monitor the budget for each project Assist in monitoring and resolving issues encountered by clients Ensure quality and compliance with standardised procedures Provide the information necessary for proactive actionRegular travel abroad will be required.
Profile You have a degree from an engineering school or a university degree with a specialization in biomedicine or equivalent, and you have professional experience in the healthcare field, ideally in clinical research, and confirm that you have an interest in clinical development. You efficiently managed complex projects from A to Z. You have a good knowledge of IT: Office/Open Office (especially Excel), CSV, scripts. Knowledge of photography would be an additional asset. This position requires rigor. A proactive, collaborative, and solution oriented mindset is required. You must demonstrate excellent adaptability and versatility.
Your interpersonal skills and teaching abilities will be essential qualities. As the company operates in a multicultural environment, fluency in English is essential (C1, spoken and written).
